Thank you for these videos. I have learnt more here than the hours I have spent scouring reviews for similar products. If I’m ever in Seattle I will definitely have to check out the store.

Yay! The grinder quality is more important than the machine quality!! You, madam, are truly an expert. How many people spend $350 on a machine and $35 on a little blade grinder and can’t figure out why it just won’t make good espresso. Better to forget espresso, buy a $350 grinder and a $35 presspot and rock the night away.

If we can find one that is wide enough for the monitor, we’ll try it and post it here :) – Kat

skoredreng September 3, 2010 at 3:43 pm

Yeah… and them make a video of it… I wanna see it in action :D

SeattleCoffeeGear September 3, 2010 at 4:13 pm

LOL – that’s awesome. Well, we use a Mac for our point of sale/register so maybe we can put the monitor in a machine :) – Kat

If you were really smart, you took an old broken espresso machine, and removed all the inside of it, and then used the shell as the shops cash machine… would be a nice and fun twist for your shop.. ^^
